Product Description
Cyclodextrin (CD) is a series of cyclic oligosaccharides produced by amylose under the action of cyclodextrin glucosyltransferase produced by Bacillus. It usually contains 6 ~ 12 D-glucopyranose units. Among them, the molecules with 6, 7 and 8 glucose units, alpha -, beta - and Gama cyclodextrin, have been studied more and have important practical significance. According to the results of X-ray diffraction, infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum analysis, it is confirmed that each d (+) - glucopyranose of cyclodextrin molecule is a chair conformation. All the glucose units were cyclized by 1,4-glycosidic bond. Function
The water-soluble cyclodextrin polymer synthesized by cross-linking copolymerization of cyclodextrin has an amorphous space network structure. The water-soluble cyclodextrin polymer has a high water solubility (> 50%). On the basis of retaining the original cavity of cyclodextrin, the space outside the cavity of cyclodextrin with network structure can also bind guest molecules. Therefore, it is far better than the inclusion of monomer cyclodextrin and its derivatives Solubilization ability.
